Buyers have been waiting for the worst news in the housing market…because a buyer would love to negotiate and purchase their home in a “buyer’s market”. Theoretically…this means that there are few buyers and lots of sellers. However, as the interest rates drop, so does the value of our dollar to foreign currencies…and our properties become true bargains to those buying from outside the U.S. So…if you are thinking that this is the right time for you to buy that perfect home, don’t wait too long or offer too far below market value.
